  • A brilliant pale salmon-gray color reminiscent of ‘vins gris’. The nose is delicate, with aromas of red fruits, raspberry, redcurrant, and freshly cut hay. The palate is fresh, balanced, refined, and indulgent.

  • Beautiful yellow color with aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, and spices. A highly aromatic wine that remains fresh on the palate, thanks to a blend where each grape variety contributes its unique character while blending harmoniously.

  • Its wide aromatic palette makes it an excellent aperitif wine, but also perfect with shellfish or grilled fish.

  • The Grenache is the leading variety for a rich and smooth wine, with a beautiful cherry-red color. An intense nose featuring aromas of small black fruits, complemented by hints of mint and mineral notes.

  • The estate’s old vine Grenache Noir and Carignan offer a magnificent velvet texture of small black fruits that envelop the palate. Plenty of freshness and finesse for a very approachable wine.

  • The color is a light golden hue with silvery- green reflections. Aromas of apricot, pear, mango, citrus, and flowers for a spicy ginger finish. The palate is elegant and smooth, followed by freshness and power for a harmonious balance.

  • Ideal characteristics for creative chefs or cooking with ingredients such as:

  • The plot we selected has a much cooler terroir, providing ideal conditions for planting Pinot Noir and bringing out its full finesse. “Du pinot qui pinote!”

  • With a beautifully deep yellow color, this wine is highly aromatic with a long finish. It is culinary-driven, featuring subtle oxidative notes, hints of nutmeg, spice blend, and dried fruits.

  • It was in Crete that we set out to find amphorae and met Manolis, who crafted unpolished amphorae using the expertise of several generations of potters. An ongoing adventure since 2015!

  • This wine has a beautiful, lengthy finish on the palate, with rich volume and freshness. It offers aromas of dried fruits, quince, honey, and gingerbread.

  • The perfect meal wine to drink with foie gras, shellfish, or aged cheeses (Manchego,, Beaufort...).

  • The Cuvée Camille was born from the desire to create a gastronomic white wine with aging potential. A selection of vines, small yields, and extended aging resulted in the power and complexity we were seeking.
